Dr. Kiyul Chung, Editor-in-chief at the 4th Media, is a Visiting Professor at Tsinghua University since 2009. He was a Visiting Professor at Chinese Academy of Social Science as well from 2006 to 2009. Since 2010, Prof. Chung's been sitting on several international media outlets such as CCTV, Russia Today TV, Chinese Blue Ocean Network TV, & China Radio International. Since 1990s, his Korean articles, columns and academic papers have been published in several Korean media outlets. Since 2009, his English articles, columns and academic papers have been translated into Chinese, Japanese and Spanish languages, and published in Canada, China, Japan, US and other nations around the world including some of the Spanish-speaking Latin American nations.

Needless to argue, the satellite launching, if possible and capable at all, PARTICULARLY for the peaceful, economic and scientific purposes, is EVERY NATION’s inalienable, legitimate and legal right. No matter how many nations argue, justify, or rationalize, none of them cannot deny that RIGHT which has made about a dozen nations around the world like first and foremost those five UNSC permenant members including the most loudly noisy nations like Japan and South Korea all together to be able to launching “more than 24,500 satellites” POSSIBLE since 1957.(1) It seems from the very beginning DPRK government had repeatedly made their positions clear enough that the satellite launching is their inviolable right, too, as those above-mentioned dozen nations have done so far for more than a half century.

On February 28, Japanese government raided again a Korean organization, called by its acronym, “Chongryon” in Tokyo. It was another nakedly vicious “political oppression” inflicted upon an ethnic minority organization by Japanese authority. According to most influential and globally-recognized Korean daily newspaper in Tokyo, called “Chosun Shinbo,” Japanese public security police troops’ early morning raid was carried out as if they executed a fearmongering military operation where they mobilized “over 250 heavily armed public security police troops” assisted by “over 25 armored vehicles.” It was obiously an overtly excessive and intimidating show of fascist police power to intentionally incite senses of fear, insult and terror among the historically discriminated, oppressed and defenseless population.
